The house had lino in 1957 when it was made over a subfloor. First owner put tile down on top of that and then later another subfloor down on top of that and more lino.

So Joshua has to strip it back to original subfloor and replace it and put down new vinyl sheet.

This will eliminate the constant quarter inch tripping hazard.

So today Josh decided to pull up the first section of floor to see what we are dealing with. It is subfloor, decking, old tile, subfloor, lino.

So he pulled up lino and subfloor and found the tiles.
